Our aim in this project has been to preserve the authenticity of the property through the restoration of some of its most characteristic features and the full rehabilitation of all its spaces and rooms.

CALA RATA
Indoor renovation of one of the oldest houses in Cala Rata neighbourhood
We’ve also carried out outdoor painting and fixing works.
Some of the works proceeded have been the complete renovation of both kitchen and bathroom or indoor and outdoor carpentry and pavement change among other items. Our pretension was to preserve the simple and mediterranean style of the villa.
